Exactly as pictured it’s a nice way to massage the hair follicles on the scalp. the dog even enjoyed her head massage. the top of it is plastic the comb teeth is silicone.
The comb has quite flexible teeth that do not scratch the scalp and gently massage it. It is also comfortable to hold the comb in your hand - it fits well in the palm and does not slip.
I ordered one of these before from the bundle sales pages and got a different thing completely. This one is exactly as shown in the photo, yay! A hard plastic setting with handle, offc-enter to accomadate usage, and a rubbery silicone scrubby bit. It's even the same color (lighting in my camera makes it look duller, but in person it's the same color as the sales page.) My mom has one and loves it, so i"m happy to get one for me too.
